Loyal Roots Consulting was founded to help business owners in Des Moines and across Iowa, in every industry, keep good people and show their communities who they are.
Why I do this work
In nearly 20 years as a business owner, I've learned that success comes down to people: the crews, vendors, partners, and customers who make the work happen. I've seen firsthand that people stay loyal when they feel valued, and they leave when they don't. That's true in every industry.
I'm also a former project manager for the Department of Defense, where projects lived or died on clear plans, honest status reports, and following through on what you said you'd do. I bring that same discipline to every client.
I also hold an MBA and a degree in marketing, so I understand both the business numbers behind turnover and how to write in a way people actually read.
What we believe
A pizza party alone doesn't build loyalty. Clear expectations, real recognition, and honest communication do. That costs less than turnover, and it's something any owner can start on this month.
